Frangipani Beauty Spa was first established in Ballina NSW in 2008 by Sue Marcon, she has been in the Beauty and Skin industry for over 30 years.
Sue has been a salon owner in the industry since graduating in 1983,
she is well known in the area for her cosmetic tattooing expertise, and for introducing the latest technology and treatments in her day spa.

Sue feels knowledge is power and hasn’t sat still for the last 30 years, becoming one of the industry leaders and experts in her field, she is continually following her passion for skin health, empowering, mentoring and developing young women, creating opportunities to join the Frangipani team and reach their true potential. Bianca has been employed at Frangipani Beauty Spa for 11 years, previously working on a Steiner Cruise Ship. Famous for her eyelash extensions, eyebrows, massage, facials and artificial nails, Bianca is our go-to girl with a wealth of information on all things skin and beauty.
Brydee

Brydee is a mum of two gorgeous little boys and loves to come to work to pamper her guests and is well known as having a very special touch. Qualified in 2008 and specialises in pampering with her massages and facials.

Amy is just starting out in the industry but continues to surprise with her ability to learn quickly and great skill in everything she puts her mind to. Previous to her employment to us Amy managed and ran a salon at just 17years of age.

FAQ's
Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed two business days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the service is reserved for you personally a NO SHOW fee will apply.
As a courtesy we offer a text reminder confirmation that are sent out two business days prior to your appointment date. However if we are unable to reach you please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.
We require at least:
24-hours notice for appointments under 2-hours duration
48-hours notice for appointments with a duration of 2-hours or more.
Guest who cancel their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “No Show”.
Please call if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. Late arrivals will still finish at the same treatment time as scheduled, while the fee remains the same, If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule. However, it is possible we may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day if it interferes with another guests appointment time.
* we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time you most desire.
All bookings over one hour require your credit card details (heid)/cash deposit (which will come off your final fee) as security, late cancellations or No Shows will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.
Treatment times are approximate and packages or multi treatments may be combined which adjusts times.
We ask that you respect the quiet and serenity by ensuring your mobile phones are turned on to silent and voices are lowered.
Gift Vouchers can be delivered to the local area, posted or emailed and are beautifully presented for your convenience.
